Billing

 

At Rentacrate we aim to make our billing process as quick and straight-forward for our customers as we possibly can.

Online crate rental orders are chargeable in advance and we require a credit card payment to complete your transaction. We accept a range of card options including Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. When each order is processed and checkout is complete an order confirmation will be sent to you by email.

If you require an VAT invoice please call 0800 980 6996 or email sales@rentacrate.co.uk to request one. If you fail to return all the crates on the date you specified these crates will continue to incur a weekly rental charge at the same rate. You will receive an email notification detailing all outstanding items.

Payments for ongoing rental will be debited at weekly intervals until the outstanding items are returned. Should you wish to purchase the crates as lost, then please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
